Chad Hill, MD, FACOG
Founder & Collaberating Physician
Chad Hill, MD, was raised in North Little Rock and has practiced in Siloam Springs since 1998. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his OB/GYN residency at UAMS in Little Rock, AR.
Dr. Hill is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Hill is the collaborating physician at Siloam Springs Women’s Center and sees patients at Lifespring Women’s Healthcare in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Dr. Hill and his wife, Laura, live in Bentonville and have two grown daughters.

Whitney Mobley, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC
Whitney was born and raised in Mexico, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia College before gaining years of valuable experience as a bedside nurse. She then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri, furthering her career in healthcare as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
For the past two years, Whitney has specialized in Women’s Health, where she is dedicated to fostering trusting relationships and advocating for her patients. She is committed to providing comprehensive care that prioritizes both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Whitney and her husband, Seth, live in Fayetteville with their three dogs, May, June, and Porter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Northwest Arkansas, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Razorbacks.

Tamara Flowers, APRN, CNM, WHNP
After graduating from Southern Adventist University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Tamara worked as a labor & delivery nurse before attending Frontier Nursing University to earn her Master of Science in Nursing and certificates as a Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She has experience providing care to women throughout their lifespan in the hospital, private practice, and natural birth center settings in both Tennessee and Ohio.
Additionally, she has volunteered in various health-related roles, and has pursued additional training in the areas of Lifestyle and Functional Medicine. Tamara has a passion for a healthy lifestyle, natural healing approaches, and is dedicated to providing compassionate and sensitive care to all the women she serves.
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with her two boys, attending their sport events, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, camping, skiing, and traveling.

Carrie Harper, RN
Carrie has lived in the Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas area her whole life. Carrie earned her Associate degree in Nursing in 1997 from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She has worked in women’s health for over 28 years.
Carrie worked labor and delivery and newborn nursery for 11 years at Siloam Springs Hospital before going to work for Dr. Hill at Siloam Springs Women’s Center.
One of the biggest blessings Carrie has had in nursing is seeing the babies that she helped deliver, grow into young adults, and start their own families.
Outside of nursing, Carrie enjoys reading, playing board games, traveling, taking care of her granddaughter, attending church functions, and spending time with family.

Caitlyn Hines, RN
Caitlyn received her RN degree from Northeast Oklahoma A&M College and spent five years in the OB department at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Collin, and their two children, traveling, and attending her son’s sporting events.
